Lemons are high in Vitamin C and antioxidants. Drinking lemon infused water will eliminate toxins from your body by activating your body’s natural detox process which will increase your metabolism and your body’s ability to breakdown fat.

Drinking warm lemon water is great for sluggish digestive systems and with ease bloating and indigestion too.

Lemons also contain pectin which acts as a natural appetite suppressant.

If you tend to overindulge or struggle to curb unhealthy cravings then I recommend drinking a glass of warm lemon infused water before each meal.

Green tea slows down body’s ability to absorb carbohydrates and increases your metabolism.

Mix crushed ice with 2 tea bags of Green Tea and add crushed mix frozen berries.
