This is one of my favourite exercises!
CURL UPS WITH BABY
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Place baby on your lap.
Pull your tummy tight and keep your chin on your chest.
Using your tummy muscles gently lift your shoulders off the floor.
Try kiss or tickle baby as you gently reach up.
REPEAT 3 SETS OF 15 – 20
